i love me some burgers. here's some of the most memorable burgers i've had. post yours as well! even with no pictures! in n out is my favorite burger. not the best i've tasted of course, but my favorite. tommy's is a close second. my wife and i have traveled a bit, and we try to get the area's best burgers in new york we had burger joint (best tasting burger i've had so far) the meat is cooked perfect. the veggies and condiments work perfect. the buns are tasty. in seattle we went to red mill burgers. great stuff! the sauce is delicious. also in seattle we had lunchbox laboratory. a bit over done, not the meat, just everything. not as good as it looks now some local burgers i've found around my area dave's giant burgers. my favorite local burger so far. the meat is seasoned perfectly, the two slices of american are melted just right, the produce is fresh and crisp and the bun is toasted just slightly. just an all around solidly good burger. not to mention the old school feel of the place. no plate, no fries, nothing but burgers, chips, shakes and pies. monsoon burger. found this place to be interesting. the way they cook the meat, they place it on this revolving grill and place the patty on a certain section depending how you wanted your meat cooked. there is a do it yourself condiment bar. the buns are really toasted from the inside. squeeze inn with their fried cheese is an experience. not a fan of everything else on the burger, but people swear by it. went to norman rose tavern, which is the it place at napa right now. the meat was huge, but once in your mouth it melted and felt airy, as if you had just bitten a much smaller burger. the taste was phenomenal and the bun was amazing. also been to tayler's refresher (now known as gott's roadside) and tried most of their burgers. i still cannot understand why people love it so much. hope to be going to more burger places soon and post them up! |

this burger is from awful awful in reno. it was a pretty damn good burger, cheap as hell too. the burger with 1 pound of fries was $6.50 or something. the best burger ive had so far has to be from hodad's in san diego. hodad's kills all the other burgers that i have tried. i will take a picture of their burgers next time i go there |

A few weeks ago I had a a burger with pancetta, pistou, arugula and fresh tomatoes and it was fucking amazing. One of the finest in San Jose of all places. We are going back tomorrow so I'll try to 'double post' with a picture. |

what's the pink pickled looking spiral next to the burger? also, what's the sauce? was the bacon on top of the meat or cooked right in? i'm getting so hungry while staring at your photos and asking these questions. |

Been to Apple Pan. It's ok. Good Burger, but nothing to go crazy over or get written up in a magazine or anything. One of the best burgers in the City? I might have to say at Lark Creek Steaks in Westfields in Union Square. Yes it's a chain, but they make a damn good burger. get yours with Avocado. Feeling like real slut, get it with bacon too. Nice big, really big steak fries too. crispy and fluffy inside. |
