Those cut-away diagrams are amazing... maybe I'll figure out what the text says. Intriguing. Thanks for taking the time to scan and post those sheets. Oh man and that kid has the Beam Robo in the group shot at the end!!! I wonder whatever happened to the prototype for that one. |

Also, Bryan “MicroBry” Wilkinson pointed me to this page with pictures of the unproduced “Beam Robo” (aka: Flashlight Robot). I guess it's from an old retailer catalog. I've never seen the desk lamp part before- that's even better than the flashlight. Here son, this toy is really a transforming robot, but use it as a desk lamp when you study. This guy must have been really close to being production ready given that there is a release date on the top right. |

Thanks for posting these scans! My love for the old Microman has certainly grown over time, and even more thanks to these scans! I still do not know why I have not purchased even one for my collection yet- I was really close to doing so at Comic Con though! |

Thanks for posting the Micro Change Secret File catalog. I had bought the entire MC line, and even variants boxed and mint and never got that catalog inside. It's been on my want list for years and years now. |

^ great, thanks. This reminds me of Yuichi Yokoyama in a way. I guess he gets major influence from these imageries. MicromanZone wrote: ![]() ![]() |

Thanks for posting these up. I love the full color one of the Rescue Squad guy... might have to add some of those details to my reissue one. I have one of the kit reissues to do, and I'm torn on giving the pilot a chrome head or painted head. They look cool with 'people' heads in the artwork, but all I can think of when I envision my Micromangs with non-chrome heads is the awful paint on the Hoodman series. |

Love the artwork, but I gotta cast my vote for chromed heads! THAT'S what hooked me as kid. |

Yep chrome heads all of the time. As much as I love his artwork I would love it just a small percent more if it the heads were painted as chrome. |
