God help me, I've gone berzerk and dove head long into Jumbo Robots. Just got a Daimos and a Getter Robo G (sold as a lot) on evilbay for cheap. Some bored kid took red spray paint and went crazy on poor ole Daimos then stored it in some hot attic or something cause his head was really jacked like he had some sort of severe spine deformaty in the neck, not to mention several parts of his head caved in. I managed to restore the original shape of the head by dipping it in hot water. The paint all over his head fortunately was not made for the vinyl head and came off for the most part with denatured alcohol. I used regular paint remover for the body since the stickers are pretty much trashed. Daimos is now cleaned up and ready for a new set of stickers, only I don't know where to find a source. I was hoping the Jumbo experts here maybe able to point me to the right direction. I also need one rear wheel with pin and two of the yellow missiles. It was also missing the right fist but was able to score one on the bay as well and is on it's way. Anyway please lmk if you can help, Thanks. |
