 Looks like Arbito has just released one of his characters "The Cosmic Hobo" as an 8" Resin figure at his and Snaggs Hazy and Lazy show at Toy Life in the UK. Been a fan of Arbito's work for a while now and this piece is such a nice transition of his 2d into 3. Really lovely figure. |

Ahh thanks so much for the kind words guys. I was just going to post a blub here about the figures, but it looks like Abe beat me to it. Thanks Abe! I've gotta say this Hobo was a challenge to put together. 5 peices with "magnet arms". I didn't want the arms to break off if the hobo took a fall, so the arms are held in place by strong magnets. Plus side is they are somewhat positionable. It's time for me to cast more Hobo's. FYI I brought 3 Hobos back from Brighton with me. They are marked "Brighton" and are numbers #7 #10 and #8.

Yes there should be two of the original 10 Brighton Hobos available from Toylife In Brighton UK. They ship internationally and the price includes shipping. http://www.toylife.co.uk/shop/item/?167 Not sure what numbers they have left. I'm guessing #6 and #9 Also I'm working on single custom Hobo for a group art show on Saturday here in Seattle. I'm excited to paint him in a new color scheme. I'll post pictures on my news page tomorrow.

One off Custom Hobo and new Cosmic Shroom.  Finished for the custom toy show tonight at the Gilt Edge Society, Seattle. I believe Abe is in this as well.
