Edit: Near complete pix at the bottom of the thread. HI. Here is a new guy that Ive been working on. Hes a bit of an experimental piece as I am just learning if he turns out ok I will makes some molds..The photos are only small because they are all blurry . Also, the desk in my last place collapsed dropping all my work and computer onto the floor and everything got munted including this so he's not looking too flash at the moment. Ive posted him on here any way... it gives me a little move along. I really need to start using sculpey or something, palsticene has to be converted to wax to take a rubber mold... and the plasticene needs to be molded up to get the wax so its doubling the process. Its a figure representing dual personality. The figure arose from just playing with the plasticene. I have also made arms for him that look pretty cool and really help portray the meaning behind him. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Looks pretty cool. It's hard for me to make everything out clearly with such small pictures. Post some bigger pictures. |

Yeh, looks cool so far. Bigger pictures would be nice. I think you may be able to mold it straight from the plasticine, you just need to create a barrier between it and the silicone with shellac or something. |

Cheers seanb, I will do a bit of work on it and post some better shots. I suppose I could cast from the plasticene it would be very rough looking. |

![]() ![]() Close to done. Just need to deal with a few undercuts and figure out whether to articulate the right arm. I could articulate the elbow so I can make it do a crazy pose. The left arm will move at the shoulder which makes him do a goofy style solidarity fist ![]() |
