Post subject:  Mr. Scratch & The Brothers Tingle
Wayne Tingle, Jr. The first in a set of 3 called The Brothers Tingle. This set will be the second one in the Bureaucracy of Death series (Fat Lady Crew is the first set). The Brothers Tingle work for the Bureau of Faith and Fear. Their duties are to test people while they walk alone at night. Wayne Jr is a re-hab demon who makes a person think disturbing thoughts. You know, the kind of thoughts that make you wonder about your own brain.

also re-did the fat lady sculpt. its a lot cleaner and easier to de-mold now.
