What is the best way to clean up mold release off resins after its set? I have noticed that sometimes paint has trouble staying on and I figure its because the mold release. Also when I do the clear resin it can dull or mess with the clarity. Any folks out there have any tips? I want to make eyes ![]() |

I wipe mine down with alcohol. It seems to work pretty good. and if you gloss clear coat foggy resin it'll make it very clear. |

Mild soap and water also. alcohol sounds good ill have to try it. |

hot water, soap, and a tooth brush scrub! got this info recently and it works well |

I use Dishwashing soap with a soft scouring pad/ sponge, rinse, then dip into ethanol and scrub with a toothpaste. Possibly overkill, but making up for my earlier laxness! |
