hey kids, finally back and internets connected... as previously mentioned http://www.skullbrain.org/bb/viewtopic.php?f=49&t=42340&start=0 , my partner 'miss magpie' and I would love to host a toy surgeon meetup at our new studio in oakland. anyone and everyone with work in progress to share are encouraged to attend. i would also suggest hitting any one of the excellent chinese dining facilities nearby afterwards. our swanky sweatshop is conveniently located 3 blocks from 880, as well as the lake merritt BART. i generally work nights and weekends (stupid entertainment business!), but i can easily schedule off a weekday with some notice... please suggest some dates/times for june if you are interested ! cheers, a

i just declined my gig for 8/11, there was no way i was going to be driving around golden gate park during outside lands. Lee is out of town that weekend, sadly...but it's open for me right now.

i'll humbly suggest 2pm for meetup time... that'd put us around 5 or 6 for dinner after. since attendance is looking dubious, i'm going to invite a couple other sculptors who aren't in the toy biz specifically. onward!
