hey kev. have you seen the Christ Unlimited sculptures that Medicom did? based on the Christ + Butchers dance sculptures from Alex's bedroom..I picked them up for about $300 including shipping; it was well worth it. I can take some pictures if you like. I wouldnt mind seeing that model. Where'd you pick it up? |

that christ statue rules I want it bad, I just have trouble saving that much dough up with out spending it first! i think it was done by medicom, at least one version. i will post a pic of the model this weekend....I am afraid to paint it, may need to find someone to do it for me, or may just keep it grey |

I picked them up from Toy Chameleon for about $200 + s/h costs. They ship them in an extra large, double boxed. They probably weigh 15lbs each. The original sculpt was by Herman Makkink Quote: Christ Unlimited was inspired by a crucified Christ statuette that I had found . The left arm and both legs from the waist down had been broken off. I replaced them in a more joyous pose - that of a dancer in the midst of a popular folk dance from the Balkans and the Middle East, known as The Butchers Dance." |
