Bringing this thread back, because I just saw this guys work for the first time about a week ago- I was going to post a new topic, but I figured I'd do a search to see if it had been done already.... I'm really surprised that no one commented... His Sculpture/mixed media is amazing!

Paintings are pretty spectacular. Very realistic. I also really like the 3D stuff. But are they really sculpted by the artist? They look more like assembled pieces.

Kris Kuksi is great, he has a show going on currently in Toronto that i wish i could make the time to go see.
this video explains a bit about his process.
it seems his work is a blend of original sculpting and kitbashing/assemblage
