My brother is going to be traveling to Philadelphia and I wanted to know if there are any stores that sell new Kaiju that can be recommended |

I know scrapple is a PA thing (Pennsylvania Dutch). It's made with pork and shaped like a patty? If so then you had a mixture of flour, cornmeal, spices and pork (left over parts....liver, heart, brain, and various odds and ends) - minced and formed into a loaf which is cut up and fried....yummy - I have yet to see it served out here |

That's about it though. You have to go to NYC or CA. |
