I've heard alot of people complain about this tour. Saw him last monday and can say with total confidence it was one of the best shows ive seen him do. 1. he played "national front disco" 2. he had had youth crew like "moz posse" shirts 3. he played "please please let me get what I want" 4. encore was "youre going to need someone on your side" 5. he played wolf trap in dc, a nice outdoor pavillion, that usually plays host to the moody blues and jazz festivals. The season ticket holders were hating this concert. |

I've seen him 10 times now, met him, etc...nothing will top the "your arsenal" tour for me so I'm thinking it's not worth going anymore. plus he's expensive as hell now too.. i also got rooked out of a refund today too for a bunch of reasons (i can't go to the makeup show) so it might also be a bad day to ask... |

I'm going to his show in South Carolina on the 21st. I think it's the final night. It's been a good 10 years since I saw him last. Really looking forward to seeing what's new, and hearing some classics. |

Lame. I really love moz too, and for me to say that is tough. I was really happy with the concert as it was going on, but half an hour in..walks off stage and doesn't come back. The band (which is all new folks except Boz as I recall) didn't even know until the clear channel guy came out. Koji he did play some great songs. "Last of the Famous International PLayboys", "National Front Disco", and "The Queen is Dead" were highlights. He should be over his virus for your gig |

wow thats sucks guys. I was expecting nothing because I heard such bad stories about this tour but he seemed to be in prime form(even if his voice wasnt). I could be wrong but I also heard he was playing the same set all tour. I was bummed to not see gary day playing because I heard he was playing this tour. I was totally psyched with show but i can see why everybody else was bummed. |

Hah, season ticket holders can be like that, which is why I stopped subscribing to Cal Performances in Berkeley, despite the high quality of most of the shows. I figure it's better to just buy individual tickets to the stuff I really want to see. I remember seeing Cubanismo and Afro-Cuban All-Stars at Cal ... the season ticket holders just sat still through the whole shows. How can you sit down through sets by two of the hottest salsa bands? OTOH I once saw an atrocious Salif Keita show, one of the most embarassingly bad performances ever, and the season ticket people were in awe, like Keita was a god despite the bad set and the generic French "world beat" band allegedly backing him up. Too weird. Weirdest one was Diamanda Galas at Cal, though. Many people in the audience Did Not Get It, and weren't about to try LOL. If you know Diamanda, I'm sure you understand. Anyway, I'm glad to hear that the Moz is still pleasing folks when he's not too ill to play. That YouTube clip was enjoyable ... charming how he pulled the girl on stage, assuring her with a nod that it was okay. |

I think that this is the only way we would see Moz tour again. I'll pay anything to see a Smiths reunion show. |
