SDCC is the greatest show on earth my friend! Aside from the huge crowds, long lines, SD heat, its the best place in the world! I love it. I hope you have an awesome time! And see you everyone who can make it at nerdquake! we'll pour a 40 on the side walk for those of us who can't make it |

Meeting people, people, people! Getting some more sketches in my sketch book - without being weird or pushy about it. Seeing amazing artists (like Berni Wrightson) sitting there with no one even coming near them. Standing in multiple lines simultaneously. Meeting Lokash again and looking sheepish cos I won't be rockin' my Vans. |

At last year's NYCC i sat there and shot the shit with Ken Kelley for a good long time, dude has done so much and not a damn person at his booth. The S7 Article on the Micronauts art let me know what was up, then it turns out he did the Kiss Destroyer cover as well as my favorite album with my favorite cover of all time... So I bought a print!
SCORE! |

SCORE! Yeah, finally met the man at a KISS convention. Not too many people at his booth either. I think it was the only redeeming thing about going. He's like a walking Frazetta and people are clueless. You should see his Godzilla paintings if you get a chance. |
