mainly to read all of skylar's witty anti-vegan posts. and to do my design work when i'm not lurking the board. so the color has to be good, a piece of shit from costco won't do.

i would love an apple cinema display but i think they are just too pricey (jawk, get me a discount). and i've heard good things about the dell ultra sharps. any suggestions?

missy bought a real nice HP flat thinger last night at best buy. but it's only 19" and probably doesn't have as much as you want in it for design projects.

just saying though

You do lots of graphics and mess with photos too yea?..

I HIGHLY suggest this, its one of the best LCDs out there right now as far as producing near perfect photo quality that only certain CRTs could do. The secret is it's a PVA panel versus TN. Get it, and get it calibrated right and you'll be floored. I use it for work (graphics and photo editing/color correction etc..).

One of the best out there before stepping up to the INSANE $1k+ specialty monitors.

I've had a couple of samsung flat screens - excellent quality (compared to HP, Dell, Viewsonic, etc)
