They made it sound like you should see Eraserhead instead. Well now that I've seen Eraserhead ten billion times over the decades, maybe it's time to catch this legendary so-bad-its-good flick. Sounds a little like early Cronenberg, but with better known actors. Also sounds like a great antidote to pseudo-shamanism as practiced by new agers. |

Oh man, the titles alone! I miss oldskool exploitation. Now we get in-your-face "torture porn" or geek-hipster Tarantino wink-nods. Where is today's Karen Black or Pam Grier? It is time for a new cannibal movie, and I don't mean with Sir Anthony Hopkins. |
