I need more Lemmy in my life what albums would you guys recommend i pick up? i only have ace of spades that i have had for years also - can anyone recommend some other music i should check out as a motorhead fan? thanks! |

'Cause I'm an old fart it's gotta be anything pre Ace of Spades . . . Motorhead, Overkill, Bomber. Maybe 'No sleep' if you don't mind the crowd noise. Anything after Phil & Eddie left ain't my thing. Alternatively just tap into one of the many 'Best of' compilations and judge for yourself. |

I like Overkill and Iron Fist, also Bomber is classic. I think the first self titled album is underrated too, it's a little less heavy I guess, but no less rock n roll. It's clearly the bridge between Lemmys earlier garage 60's rock days and his metal/punk world that was to come. |
