my advice to those wanting to buy an ipod: buy it at best buy buy the extended warranty thru best buy after 2 years, right as the warranty is going to expire, take it to best buy and tell them that the battery doesnt hold a charge as well anymore poof! it has been 2 years - they take your old ipod and send you a new one unfortunately it only works once

new Battery from Apple is $59 They actually give you a new unit rather than crack yours open and put in a new battery or you can go to http://www.ifixit.com/search?query=ipod+battery and get a new battery for between 10 - 20 bucks but you have to put it in yourself... here are the guides- http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/iPod/ |
