I need: a good Kaiju news site (like VinylPulse) a website that shows all colorways of a given release an information site that talks about how Kaiju evolved if anyone knows about websites like this, I can't seem to find any thanks |

Here's my advise: Go nuts on the search option up top. This forum is THE source. If you scoure it long enough you'll find pics, dates, things you never knew. I don't think there is a SOLID site for the info you want totally, but in all honesty spend hours stomping through here. It's how I've learned most anything I know about the subject. I'd say you've FOUND that site, it's this one. It just takes a lot of time and scrolling. |

American kaiju fandom is heavily centered around Godzilla, and since he's hibernating indefinitely, so are the fan sites. That being said, clubtokyo.org has a lot of information about Toho and some Tsuburaya kaiju toys. They also have a BBS and a mailing list. Otherwise, poke around here and the Toybox DX BBS. |

As for news, fellow board member Toybotstudios has a site www.toybotstudios.com (ironically enough), and he posts a lot of nice pictures with general Japanse vinyl news. Other than that, people just sorta post things of interest here on the board. For images of a lot of past figures and their colorways, you should try taking a look at www.canibeonthelist.com. They have some lists of toys by manufacturer and some pictures of the different versions. For the history of kaiju, I'd wait for the upcoming Super7 Mook... it will have a TON of information about Japanese vinyl toys. If anything isn't covered in there, just feel free to ask about anything you're curious about. |

If you are in the mood to explore, there is an evolving list of links to different kaiju-related sites at Omni-Monster!!! (Kaiju Utopia) ( |
