The high Canadian dollar is not a good thing for Canada. Sure it makes toy cheaper but who can afford toys with no jobs. Canada is an export country that depends on the US. I hope the dollar drops quickly.

Get sick in New Orleans and wait at the hospital 24 hours and still not get to see a doctor. There are stories of patients waiting in ambulances outside the hospital for a long, long time because there is no room inside. Then, of course, the ambulances can't go pick up anyone else... And, if you have a mental health problem, just forget about it...last count there were 9 beds in the whole city. |

The impact on the border traffic has been crazy up here this summer as the loonie climbed and climbed in value. Takes well over an hour on a weekday morning to get back into the US. Weekends- forget it. Two and a half, three hours. |
