Planning a trip to the city next April. Looking for a reasonable place to stay for a week. Doesn't have to be a hotel. Could be a tiny room in someone's apartment. If anyone's got any ideas, let's have em! Thanks! andy |

Sounds silly, but the YMCA. Seriously. Very inexpensive, and a clean place to sleep. Perks include, being in Manhattan for less than a hundred a night. |

Good tip, thanks. Do they allow couples? I'll probably be on my own the first 4-5 days, but my GF will be flying in to join me for my final few days in the city. |

The West Side Y is where my girlfriend and I stay all the time, so awesome. Close to Port Authority and everything else. |

you can crash at my place if you bring me Cronic gifts and don't steal the ones I already have while I'm asleep... there's a possibility I'll be in Buenos Aires for a few weeks in April but dates not solid yet...how long are you talking about? |
