I am looking to get a specific graphic/logo I have printed/embroidered on a flexfit hat. Any good suggestions? lots of the sites I have checked out you have to pick from their garbage of fonts etc.. |

Off the main topic a bit, I hate Flexfit hats. My head is too big for even the biggest size, they just never stay on well. I prefer classic plastic button style. |

my head seems to be on the big size as well. i wear a 7 3/4 fitted hat. trucker hats are tricky, i have one BxH trucker that fits fine with plenty of room to expand. another BxH trucker that has less room to expand and i have a thrashout trucker that is hanging on for dear life on the last lttle notch. |

the hats w/ no punch notch closure on the back.. cloth all the way around.. you have to buy them specifically for your head size.. you have proly seen the gangster guys wearing them w/ the stickers still on. |

flexfits are great for companies on a budget because they look fitted. New Era fits are great but come in all different sizes and it's like guess work on what to order. The flexfits are horrible especially for dudes with big noggins like myself. |
