Very true, however, overeating will make you sleepy seeing your bodies energy is focusing on digestion, it doesn't matter what you eat.

Hail the holiday slumber though, I enjoyed it... watched Iron King; of course I got up and ran 5 miles at 9pm at 45 degrees outside :P
