Any good addresses there ? I'm making a stop there for a couple of days on my way to Tokyo and I might want to check the local store there...

Well, are you just looking for JP vinyl or are you into the [expletive deleted] and stuff like that as well?

HK toy shopping is a far cry from what it once was. I took a trip there a few months ago. There are a bunch of places in Mong Kok, and a few others scattered around, but it is mostly Western vinyl. Very little in terms of kaiju, with the exception on one shop (Superman Toys, if I remember correctly). Didn't find much interesting vintage Japanese stuff either.

There are a few threads on KR with detailed listings of HK toy shops, so try doing a search there, and you should be able to come up with some solid detaills.

BTW be very careful about buying clothes and electronics in HK. There are tons of fakes and substandard quality items. Everything looks like the real deal, but looks can be deceiving.

Superman Toys is highly recommended by a friend! You might want to consider checking it out.
