Hey folks in the Los Angeles/Pasadena area... I highly suggest that you head on over to the PMCA (Pasadena Museum of California Art) and check out the exhibit they have going on. They have the biggest collection of Homies on display, I never knew that so many existed. oh yeah, they also have some cool biskup, baseman, horvath and Nagata stuff. Mark's paintings are incredible, his pics don't do them justice. |

Can you imagine how many doubles you would get if you were to buy the whole collection via 25 cent machine? |

I have the first set of Homies. Paid too much for them on eBay during the big scandal about them that the LAPD caused. They tried to get them banned, claiming that they glorify gangs. Pretty stupid. Only ensured bigger sales. If any SF peeps are curious you can buy recent Homies sets and the various offshoots at Jeffrey's Toys. I think there are some capsule toy machines in the Mission that sell them too, alongside the temporary cholo tattoos. |

I think they guy is a local Bay Area guy. |
