hey everyone,
i got a liteon DVDR for x mas, and im tryoing to ghet it to work. so i set my original cd rom to slave and the new writer to master, set them in the 2nd IDE and now when io try to play a cd in the original it doesnt open automaticly like it useto, and when i click the icon in my computer it tells me " this file does not have a program associated with it for preforming this action. create an association in the folder options controll panel" which i think i tried and it didnt work.
and when i try to open a dvd in the new drive, it doesnt exactly work either, it just openes audio and video files... which idk wtf im looking at..
can anyone HEEEELLLPPPP?!!!!!!!
and if i ever fucking get it working id like a program that will bypass anti copy coding or whatever if anyone has any suggestions. i could even use a good dvd player /recorder program since i dont know what the hell the driver i installed even gave me besides a headache. im usually pretty ok with this stuff, buit installing new drives doesnt seem to work for me.
