Yea maybe I should change the name of my cube for today. Today it is no longer the "Cube of Doom" but is from now on to be known as the "Cube de Slack" on New Year's Eve |

I left my cube of doom on a high note today. My ultra bitchy manager who makes personal attacks at me all the time had her write up of me completely reversed and now the union is filing harassment charges on her for telling me to sit down and shut up.. As she lost it and screamed at me and told me to shut up I just gave her a shit eating grin and quietly knew she fucked herself. Now I can party as I have two days off! Happy New Year Everyone! Yeah believe me I was thinking the same thing myself. I've worked in a ton of different working environments and this has to be by far the absolute worst. It's a newspaper. Biggest in western NY- Buffalo News. She one's of those archaic "I've been here since the dawn of time and my job is in jeopardy because who reads the newspaper anymore" types. I've managed smaller staffs before and would never speak to anyone like that. 0-60 in 1.5 secs anger wise is no way to inspire any staff. Thing is she does this on a regular. Oh well at least I have the union guild backing me to a degree. Enough of the debbie downer talk...it's a new year! I've hijacked this thread to long...Happy New Year Everyone!
