So i'm trying to make a chart in word (or powerpoint-same format) that shows time increments in 30 seconds down the side--ie: 0:30 1:00 1:30 2:00 2:30 etc up to 5 mins how the hell is this done? I have managed to get it to show time, but i'm in teh "Scale tab" on the format axis screen, and I don't know what the following should read: Minimum Maximum Major Unit Minor Unit Category (X) axis help. just need a simple chart to show how our call times & hold times have changed with the addition of a new form that we need to fill out. easy (or should be) |

think it's easiest if you go to Excel and Insert -> Chart if you don't need any data, just highlite two columns and click next... then it will ask you to label the different parts of the chart. After you're done, just double click the x and y axis and you can scale it. hope that helps. maybe |
