Well, if you want to let a thing like "morals" get in the way... :P

Take some time to be honest w/ yourself as to what makes you tick & how much income will make you happy (realistically & in the future). Read up on stuff you are curious about and maybe take a class or two. Suggestions on a board are marginal b/c what is boring & stuffy to you may make someone else esctatic.

I sell Mac workstations, SANs, etc. to mostly video folks in post-production and broadcast (private sector and government.) It's pretty much my dream job, I love it, obsessively so. And it funds my vinyl addiction pretty decently. I'm a Mac geek anyway, so to get paid well to BE a Mac geek extraordinaire, well, it rocks. Whatever you do, you'll be a lot happier if it's something you already enjoy doing.

I was gonna go with paramedic or fireman. I've been trying to get into ANY Fire Dept. but there's a lot of BS and it can take a while I guess, kinda competitive. That's what a few guys I know who are firemen tell me.

My main thought was "what can I do to actually help people and still have a secure job that doesn't involve me being directly related to politics." Still looking, I hate offices myself.

game tester is the worst job ever. Play the same game for months and months just trying to find glitches. That is boring.

I found a place that is neither boring or stuffy in selling cars, but good luck finding many of those places left in the usa.

male stripper. i'd love to be objectified and have women stuff money down my pants and squeal in glee (not terror) . then i would by a nice shiny car and work on my tan at the beach sipping on a pina colada. yes, that would be the life.

hahaha...it is if you get stuck on something like Michelle Kwan Skating...but then who would have thought that game would be a collector's item. It's pretty cool when you get on a good game or something addictive like Hellgate: London, or World of Warcraft, and then have constant updates to boot.

Fireman, it can be fun, it can be boring but everyday is different. Also, if your into being part of the "team" and service before self type of stuff , its a good job.You also get alot of time off that can allow you to persue your other interests , like say, working for a guy named Frank.

But, thats not for everyone. There are alot of medical jobs that can be exciting and you dont have to have years of school to do, ex: Nurse(ER Nurse), ER tech, X-ray tech, respitory therapist, EMT, Paramedic. There is always a demand for qualified medical personel.

You can always moonlight as a dj. You still meet girls like a male stripper but now ladies think you are good with your hands, can get them into clubs, free drinks, don't have to rock a banana hammock and don't have to dig the hundreds of bucks you make a night out of your pants. Plus if you get a macbook and Serato that will cut down the learning curve by about six months for learning to beat match. Golden.

You could work with electricity like I do. 120 volts entering the hands and exiting the feet still hasn't gotten boring. You might develop a twitch though. I'm still banking on developing the power to shoot lightning from my fingers. Hasn't happened yet.
