So we're supposed to believe that the Enterprise was built under gravity, in an atmosphere? WTF? |

Which version? I've hardly watched any trek stuff. In the movie it was built in space wasn't it? with everyone teleporting on and off? Sometimes getting all scrambled. |

I've only seen one pic of the supposed new enterprise but how do you know it's the real thing and/or built under gravity? What if it's the proto and it fails? I don't follow star trek..but my buddy is a die hard and so I'm just wondering where you got this conclusion. |

For those of you who haven't seen it yet, the teaser for J.J. Abrams' Star Trek is being shown in front of Cloverfield. And yes, stick welders! |

Not joking at all. Maybe the advance screening didn't have it, but when I saw Cloverfield yesterday, the last trailer right before the movie started was the teaser for J.J. Abrams' upcoming Star Trek movie. Leonard Nimoy did the voice-over for it. |

I don't know how she missed that info at Comic-Con. she was too busy standing in the Pushead line I guess. |

Inspired casting, to be sure. (I'm actually looking forward to it). And, as much as I'm not a Star Trek fan (at all) I thought casting the Sylar guy from Heroes as Spock was great. Plus, Simon Pegg as Scotty! That's gotta be a dream come true for him. |

YEah the trailer was pretty awesome and I dont even like trek. But I agree the Ironman trailer looked great and I think Jr. will make a perfect Tony Starks. |

The teaser was pretty spectacular, as teasers go. For me it was a little surreal hearing Nimoy say "Space, the final frontier" instead of Shatner. Allegedly old Bill is royally ticked off at not having anything to do with this movie. I wonder what the story is there? |
