I'm registered as an independent, so I'm not voting for anybody. Less than a mile from where I'm sitting right now, Obama is giving a speech. |

I am registered as an independent too but in CA we can still vote in the primaries. Truth is we have a few important initiatives on the ballot tomorrow too so you gotta vote even if you don't care who our next president will be. I bet you missed a good speech Roger. |

This is true. Just go vote and hope they fire you for it. You won't have to work for years after the settlement. |

When I lived in Chicago I voted even though I knew it wouldn't matter. I mean, everyone in the district I lived in voted Dem. So I could vote Dem, no change, or vote anything else, no change. I still voted though, usually some no-name who had the funniest name cause both sides of the major parties are the same to me. The Democratic party in Chicago is the most corrupted system in North America I'm convinced, my dad worked for it and the shit he told me! Now I live in GA, and my vote won't matter either (all Red), but I'll still go do it. EDIT: I'm TOTALLY NOT voting, I'm not registered! |

Your electoral process confuses the shit out of me, but then again I don't think ours is any better, except voting is compulsory with a significant fine if you don't register at a polling booth on the day heh. |
