I was wondering why she was suing the airline and not the perv.... They were on their descent, so I am assuming thats why she couldn't get the flight attendant, and she really didn't notice someone spaffing into her hair? how many times did he do it ffs? It says she looked away because she was nervous and ran her fingers through her hair, and felt something, the timeline is either messed up, or she's not getting her facts straight. Wouldn't you think someone else may have said something? resulting in him being apprehended upon landing? Regardless, its bloody creepy! |

I don't know if the airline is at fault, but that dude needs an ass-whooping. I've heard of stuff like this happening when I worked at a university library. ppl just strolled on up into the library and whacked it in front of some of the female students. It's pretty infuriating when you see how upset these women are. Fuck, now I'm pissed just thinking about it. |

yeah, i'm not saying the woman is wrong for being upset. fuckin animals these guys can be. just act like a person already. he needs some psychiatric help if the compulsion to do this is just beyond control. there has to be a switch somewhere that he just doesnt have the ability to turn off |

I'd hardly call it frivolous. So if someone JIZZED ON YOUR HEAD while you slept you'd just laugh it off? |

It's pretty infuriating when you see how upset these women are. Fuck, now I'm pissed just thinking about it. I used to work in an office of primarily young women (it was the urban outfitters catalog) that stayed open late, and we were across from a hotel. we had this guy who used to book a room across from us and jerk off totally naked in the window. It sounds funny, but it was totally violating and upsetting for myself and a lot of the girls who worked there. It gets into your head when some guy is so blatantly like "i'm imagining fucking you while i do this" we reported him to the hotel who told us that "they would call the room, but he is probably just unaware that the blinds are open, and we don't want to embarass our guest." I said "He's looking right at us, and starting at us and making gestures. he knows its open." RIDICULOUS. |

well, i agree that sueing the airline isn't the best way to go, but the staff was obviously neglectful. i would have been hitting that little buzzer above your head the whole time, and shouting. THIS ASSHOLE IS JERKING OFF OVER HERE!" i can't believe no other passagner said anything or made a scene. this is so gross. |

he seemed to be shooting for the skies. sorry... bad humor but if you read the comments below there was one person that actually said the above about the lawyer, who probably suggested to the woman to sue the airlines. for the record: poor woman, deranged man. sue him! |

That's disgusting. If someone did that to me...I don't give fxxk if we were in descent. I would have gotten up and walked away and gotten a flight attendant. |

i'd have tried choking him with the lap belt first. But then thinking about it, that would probably only make him more excited. Blah! |

The article doesn't give much info. The guy was arrested and there was an investigation, but was he indicted? Convicted? |

I'm not really clear on why you would feel like you needed to sue someone over this... Yeah, definitely press charges and/or kick his head in, but sue? Dunno... I'm not a fan of law suits, seems like a whole lotta something for nothing to me. |
