AWESOME idea! And for anyone that wants to try this (I know I will, at the earliest opportunity), it looks to me as though they baked their little bacon braid-grids, as opposed to pan-frying (seems obvious, when you think about it)... |

Y'know, I went back to carnivorality (just made that one up, thank you) after 12 yrs as a vegetarian, and I discovered what I liked wasn't bacon itself - kind of tears my stomach up - but the SMELL of bacon. What someone needs to invent is bacon-scented air freshener. That would make a ton of $$. |

Trust me, none of it is as good as real bacon. The air freshener was kind of gross. |
