So it looks like I will be moving to San Jose come this June.

If anyone has housing recommendations, your input is welcome. I'm not too familiar with the area.

Ooooh... San Jose is nice! Nothing terribly exciting going on there, but it's within a few hours of the beach, snow, and San Francisco (S7)... :D
