I know this sounds like common sense, but I'm still shocked at how many people fall for the scam emails from Paypal and others.
And my Mom always says that you can never hear good advice too often, so...

DON'T EVER SEND PERSONAL INFO IN RESPONSE TO ANY EMAIL. EVER!!!!!!!!!

If you ever get an email from paypal, automatically forward it to spoof@paypal.com
Same thing goes for ebay. spoof@ebay.com

I've received 4 scam phishing emails regarding supposed suspicious activity with my paypal account in the past week. Don't click on any links within these email and absolutely never send them the requested information.
