http://www.sakakibara-kikai.co.jp/products/other/LW.htm In "action" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVwbUljGs3g I have no doubt that this would be a load of fun!!! Not necessarily practical though.... |

Sounds pretty noisy in the video, and it moves pretty slow. Even if I had the spare change I wouldn't drop $300,000 for it. |

Looks more ED-209 to me...the somewhat functional weaponry is a nice touch. Does seem noisy & probably a jarring ride. "you have 10 seconds to comply." |

Yeah, ED-209 was what came to mind first. |

This thing again. It always comes up in conversations I have, it always gets brought up on ToyboxDX every couple of months, and it always evokes the same reaction in me. As much as I love efforts in this direction, and as much as I love robots, and as much as I love the Japanese, and everything else like this, for some reason, I hate this. It almost drives me to... FLASHPOINT!!! ;p |

When they produce something that has: - Jet-assisted capabilities to get infantry "on the bounce." - A y-rack mounted on the back that fires low-yield nukes. - A device that says, "I'm a 30 second bomb!" Then I will watch the YouTube video. |

Sorry, I'm not a huge star wars fan and it's been years since I saw Robocop, so AT-AT was the first thing that popped into my head. |
