I agree with all statements thus far. 1. bad guys win at the end. 2. hoth. AT-AT could be the best enemy vehicle of all time. 3. "and I thought they smelled bad on the inside" - the guts scene was my favorite as a kid. 4. lando loves colt 45 and the city he lives in. cut him a break. 5. dagobah is a steeped in the dark side and that is why yoda hid there. love that. 6. A father cuts off his sons hand. 7. frozen is goddamn carbonite. 8. incestuous kiss! WTF lucas??? 9. wampas will hurt you. 10. A FATHER CUTS OFF HIS OWN SON'S HAND! |

I don't care, ROTJ wins for me. Kiss my ass too if you're gonna quote "Clerks" to argue me, that pisses me off os much. Muppets kick ass, bad guys winning is not that cool and Luke is finally not a whiny I FART A LOT for once. ROTJ = THE BEST! Also, Palpatine is the SHIIIIIIIIIT in that movie! But I love ESB too |

I have to agree with BD here. ESB is really good, but Jedi has always been my favorite. The whole Jabbas Plalce part was cool as hell. The battle in space at the end was the best of the series, there were so many ships. Plus the fight between Vader and Luke can't be beat. And of course Anakin being redeemed after all those years of being Palpantines' lacky. Great ending to a great series. |

ESB has the Bounty Hunter scene, and Boba Fett catches Han Solo. ESB wins hands down. AND- Boba Fett is the only bad guy tough enough to talk back to Vader. ESB. Phil |

Phil Fett's a I FART A LOT, a blind Han Solo knocks his ass into a Sarlac pit, please. I never got the Fett hype. He looks cool, sure, but WTF does he do? Say 2 lines and dies. |

I'm with BD too... but I guess it's because when I saw ESB as a kid...gave me nightmares of them stormtroopers all over the place I'll admit there's some great scenes in ESB, but as a whole package/movie ROTJ has the edge. Not to mention, its kinda nice that there is closure. |

Agreed, plus I loved Jabba's Palace in the original (the whole ramma lamma ding dong pop song with Boba Fett trying to spit game was stupid in the remakes). Bib Fortuna was one of my favorite characters for some reason, that's the tentacle head for those who don't know. |

ESB wins for me because of the childhood feelings it evokes. When we learned that ESB was coming, it meant MORE STAR WARS. The unresolved ending of the movie meant MORE STAR WARS to us. It's probably the only instance in my life where the middle part is savored more than the foreplay or orgasm. |

I'd also say that the preoccupation with Boba Fett is due to the figures. When all we had were 20 figures, here was this new character who was all armored up like Darth Vader and the Stormtroopers who you knew nothing about. Plus the fact that so many kids swore up and down that they knew someone who had a rocket-firing one added to the mystique of the character years before the movie ever hit screens. |

Plus, wasn't Boba Fett a mail-in figure? That was sort of "exclusive" as a kid (just like the mail-in Cobra Commander). Not everyone had it. Were there any other mail-in SW figures? |

I remember Boba Fett mail in because he had the firing rocket that they discontinued on all later releases, there was also Anakin Skywalker (the real Anakin). |

We were watching it last night, and my wife noticed that they never even called him Boba Fett in the movie... just "the bounty hunter". |
