Maybe it's a slice of life in SoCal, but it's rare in Seattle (unless you live downtown)! I was torn...I thought about calling the cops, but he wasn't dangerous or causing harm, just...fucked up. After telling him a few times he's not where he thought he was, he finally stumbled off. |
