I know everyone on here is big into toys, but who else likes a good workout? Who plays sports?

I do the running, enjoy the free weights, like the rock climbing on occasion, and love the submission wrestling (though don't have time for it much anymore).

So am I the only one??

And that's been awhile.

I run/jog and am trying to eventually increase the time over the course of this year and get better at it. I also play soccer. I can't stand not being active in some capacity.

It ultimately clears my mind.

When you say increase time, you mean the amount of time that you spend running? I am always trying to decrease time, as in get a distance in under a particular time.

Well I guess I mean increase distance and time. In the mornings I run a mile, then in the after 2 miles. But after 2 miles at a slow pace I'm winded and beat. So basically I want to increase my time and distance so i can run longer. I've never been a good runner/jogger but sometimes when I have a shit day and run I feel a lot better.

I do the weights, but not the cardio. In shape & out of shape at the same time.

As far as Sports go, I can shoot a 3 point shot like no other and can lay a charge into a 50 mph fastball, other than that I suck at sports.

Hang in there! The running takes time. Sounds like you are doing the right thing, slow and steady wins the race. I really like running. I just did my third mini marathon this year. A real blast.

I would also like to get a heavy bag, but my space is at a premium. I'm a big boxing fan.

I go to the gym 3 times a week. My routine includes tossing a 20lb medicine ball, thirty to forty minutes of cardio, stationary bikes mainly, and some weight lifting. I also end up doing a bit dancing too.

I've been biking a lot for the last year. I haven't been snowboarding or skateboarding much for the last 2 years because I fractured my back, I also can't take the impact of landing anymore on my legs, even running really hurts after a little bit. Biking is fun though, I just got back from probably around 30km.

I don't think I could ever go to the gym though.

A couple of years back I read a bunch of those Fist of the North Star comics and ever since I've been hitting the free weights. I've got a little bit of muscle, but I've still got a long way to go before I'm punching holes in anyones skull...

Add a fairly irregular yoga regimen, and this sums it up for me, too.

Actually, we joined a gym back in January; I don't make it there nearly enough, considering what we're paying, but I do like to swim there and use the Nautilus machines.

I used to lay about all the time and not really exercise, but now I walk the dogs everyday and ride the bike anywhere close enough.

It really makes you feel a lot better about yourself, even 30 minutes a day is better than nothing.

I've been lifting free weights off and on for 5+ years. I should be stronger than I actually am :|

I play a lot of basketball, but in KY this is almost mandatory :D
