Both really rad skaters. I used to have a hosoi deck when I was younger...and it brings back great memories. |

Hosoi was the guy everbody wanted to be when I was in middle school! Later it was Nautas Kaupas, but I always thought Hosoi & Mullen were both unstoppable. I'll stop rambling... So rad that you got to meet 'em! LUCKY! |

great pic joel!!! was that taken at the kiss show in bawwwwldwin?? cab has been my skate hero since the age of 10  ... followed by mark gonzalez a few years later...

They were in town for a demo and Steve had a piece in the KISS show so he wanted to check out the gallery. I work around the corner so I had to stop by. Omar Hassan was there too. Just really surreal that they were in Bawwwwldin Lawwwwwng Island. Talking to my childhood skate heroes about art and toys. |

They're big into art apparently because Steve had a piece in the KISS show and Christian paints also. In my haste, I forgot to thank Keith from Kustom Kulture Tattoo & Gallery who kind of let me in that they were coming. Omar Hassan was always the coolest skater from CM. I remember him from junior high. It's good to see that he's still around. |
