I found these on Flickr... http://flickr.com/photos/tags/moldarama/ and totally flashed back to my childhood, where I got a marlin out of what must have been a Mold-A-Rama machine at Sea World. Why don't we have cool shit like this any more? |

I still have an alligator from Gatorland, & an elephant from the Orlando zoo. Sometimes the machine would "burp" a little, & you'd get a poor misshapen freak of nature. |

The San Antonio Zoo has em, I recall getting the Gorilla and painting a GB ( Gorilla Biscuits!) on his his chest and put X's on his hand, that was about 15 years ago... I recall the Gorilla was standing with one fist up like Kong... good stuff |

whoa!!! I remember making one of those at Universal Studios back in the 70's after seeing the Jaws exhibit. I made a blue wax like shark in one of those machines. Damn I wish I still had that. I had no idea what the name of the machine was or that they made so many. |

karen! wrote: brian's toyed with the idea of having this in S7 for YEARS! That would be pretty cool. I wonder if it would be possible to make new custom molds? That way you could have Saturday morning Mold-A-Rama exclusives available for just one day. Customers could mold their own Super 7 exclusive! |

Googling around, I did find a machine out there for sale for about $12,000 (or was it $120,000?). Make your own little Ghostland mold. I guess anything's possible. |

Busch Gardens has small mold makers all over the park with differant animal molds. I just got my son a Santa one when I was there in December for Christmas Town. |
