the secret to drinking veggies is to mask their flavor by adding lots of fruit to it. |

Carrots are the best, add apples or oranges to anything you juice and you will be fine... (Juice 2 bunches of parsley with 1 cup of coffee, then go jogging 30 minutes later and you will see some weight loss in no time) |

Remember that no matter how much you like or dislike them, veggies are by far and away the most important part of a human diet. Fruits are good too, but fibrous veggies should literally form the bulk of your diet. Cabbage family is key, including broccoli, brussels sprouts, red cabbage, etc. Meat should be a sometimes thing, not every day. Beans are really for chumps. Just about all grain is crap, except for oats. VEGGIES VEGGIES VEGGIES. Don't you forget it. |
