for me it's always the basslines, drumbeats or guitar riffs from the beginning of a song that stick in my head...not usually lyrics (though they're in there as well)...so imagine the first minute or so of: "psycho killer" "steelworker" (big black) "in a minute" (shellac) etc. now that's what sticks in the noggin. before the ipod the jukebox in my head drove me insane... before I left SD, I heard "Strange Magic" by ELO in the Cab we took to the Zoo...I was fucked for 3 days afterward. |
