Yea, heard it's nothing new. I'm still sticking with FF. It's got all I need. |

I like FF too. Chrome seems okay so far. It'll probably grow on me. |

I like firefox too, but Chrome seems alot faster and smoother. Seems to have a few problems with scrolling, but I imagine they will fix that. |

Read the comic, I enjoyed learning about what seems like a new method of browser resource management, but I'll wait for the 1.1 version. |

Seems faster... I've noticed some sites load quicker then with FF. I'll try it out the rest of the day. |

Chrome is pretty cool, good to see more of the websites now that all the borders and excessive toolbars are gone. If you guys like stats here are the benchmarks for running Javascript: http://news.cnet.com/8301-1001_3-10030888-92.html?part=rss My favorite new feature would be: "Every tab you're using is run independently in the browser, so if one app crashes it won't take anything else down." A lot of innovative ideas so in my mind it's a winner. |

chottomatte wrote: My favorite new feature would be: "Every tab you're using is run independently in the browser, so if one app crashes it won't take anything else down." I like this feature a lot. There is nothing worse than opening up a new tab to some page that has a flash issue and it just locks up the whole damn browser window. Being able to kill tabs independently is awesome. |

Joe wrote: ^Man, I don't know about that. Here's another Review: http://lifehacker.com/5044668/beta-brow ... is-fastest That's a much more practical speed test. I think the one I posted was only on different benchmarks of Javascript. Good find! I'll probably keep running chrome to see if it has any shortcomings. I still love firefox, so maybe they can adopt some of the same features. |

Yeah, I just prefer FF... the lack of interface messes with my head... it took me 15 minutes to figure out how to save a bookmark... |

I have 2 trains of thought with this. I like how it looks, and seems to be pretty snappy, but at the same time I'm a web developer, so this is just going to end up being yet another browser to test against even though it's WebKit based. |

So far, I'm a fan. It runs smoother then FF and isn't a resource hog. I like the look and feel. It seems to be almost twice as fast on my machine as FF. The only problem is that I can't get gmail to open...very strange. |
