I'm rooting for the Phillies in the world series... If Tampa wins the ALCS, I don't think they really deserve to win yet... they have a non-existent fan base, and it annoys me that expansion teams have been getting to the world series far too frequently over other teams. I do like HOW Tampa got such a great team through developing talent in their farm system though... just wish the Giants could do the same thing. |

Hey, I'm a Braves fans so I can feel the NL East Pride....and if they win the WS then I can feel better about the Braves losing to them all this season...Oh, and on a final note now everyone knows why we let Furcal (Mr. 3 Errors in an Inning) and Jones (Mr. .168 avg this year) "slip" away to the Dodgers... |

I guess there is something to be said having the team that beat one's team go to the WS. Somehow legitimizes it in one's head. Still don't like the Phillies, though. On a side note, that game last night was insane. 7 run deficit....maybe the Sox can pull it off after all. |

The problem is that I am also a Red Soxs fan, so if the Rays win I won't have a problem. However, If the Sox pull it out then I'll have to decide....I'm just glad the Mets choked again...now that brings a smile to my heart.... |
