I've got a vinyl figure with a white base color. It's painted in some areas, including the arms. One of the arms rubbed up against an unpainted white area in shipping and left a paint streak. What's the best method to get rid of the paint without harming the vinyl? Thanks. -- jJ |

Get yourself a Mr. Clean magic eraser, they've worked for me. |

be careful,,,,the magic eraser can sometimes dull the vinyl especially if it is on the glossy side... definitely keep the magic eraser away from any paint sprays... the safest & most effective way is good old warm water & mild soap (baby shampoo or mild dishwashing detergent are great) with a soft cloth...works almost everytime... you just have to be patient,,sometimes the smudge will not budge for atleast ten minutes or so...but if you keep warm/hot water running over it & wipe gently...you should be good-to-go!! |

I would suggest using spit and some elbow grease. |
