Just thought I'd create a separate thread for the electric razor reviews... I'm in the market for a new electric, and I've used Braun and Panasonic with pretty good results... never tried Norelco. The last electric I bought is probably around 12 years old, so I'm guessing there have been advances in design and capability. What do you use, and would you recommend it? (oh, and the reason I'm looking is because I dropped my Panasonic and broke the foil... foil replacements are kinda pricey, so I figured it might be a good time to just get a newer model) |

Loco- any preference as to design of shaver? I use cheap Japanese electric razors... like the kind sold in convenience stores. I prefer the flat head type to the multi-disk heads. It's pretty hard to find the former these days. So... if you know of a good one, let the world know. |

I don't have any preference or brand loyalty... I never used a norelco rotating head razor, so I was curious if they actually shaved any closer or not. Some of the newer electrics are kinda pricey, so any testimonials would be great. |

I had one of these cheap Japanese ones and really liked it...until it died on me I think I might give myself an e-razor for Xmas. |
