I was looking at one with a filter for $200.

A filter and a big bottle of GIN :)

Cool I will keep that in mind.

I have an area set up in the basement right next to the cellar door. So with the door open and and exhasust system I should be good.

I'm going back to return the stuff I bought at ahome depot today. So I will look into materials to construct a homemade box and let you giys know if its even worth it.

Guys-you can use radiator filters but get the finer ones..They will catch most of the paint..I used to use 20 of them in my old spraybooth at work..That setup you saw can be made fairly easily..If anyone wants i'll make a cutlist and assembly page for the same booth..I'ts just MDF board w/particle board legs and some lighting/wiring.

Haha its cool man... good things come to those who wait ;)

Its funny as I was posting this a good friend of mine who is a wood worker said he will help me build the booth.

So I'm good from the pics in the link Ramos psoted.

All I need is advise on an exhaust.

What do you think works best?

Use a low flow high volume fan-too many CFMs will suck all the paint outta the air-lol

nice little booth Isaac.
A bit too small for me personally.

The one i was looking at had the filter on the bottom, and the hood was collapsable cardboard. A bit better for 8 inch figs and a lack of space.

Johnny-
I'd love to get plans as well. I've got a nice space cleared off for something just like this.

What i will do is draw up the plans over this holiday weekend and then post them so everyone can get a copy..Only thing i stress is make sure your fan is explosion proof or rather has a sealed motor...The fumes will def ignite from the spark of the fan motor..
