Festus isn't too far away from St. Louis, which is for all practical purposes a "real" city. Break out that suitcase full of money and buy yourself a cave home in which TED NUGENT has performed!!! You and Skylar could raise the total of vinyl/horror loving freaks in MO to just over a dozen!!

Joking aside, that is pretty cool---a semi-secret lair is better than no lair after all...the spiders in the back end of the house/cave might be a bit intimidating though---I've seen cave spiders here as big as my hand (and I'm not dainty!) Hope they get it sold and don't have to give it away to their creditors...

Probably not too bad, caves tend to conserve an average temperature; most likely in the 50-60 degree range year round, needs supplemental heat and air exchange.... and the freaking batmobile to blast out the secret rear entrance!
