My solution to it is: don't use anything by Norton or McAffee. AVG Free! |

I just got a PC for the first time in years and immediately deleted all Norton from the computer. I'm using Avast!, another free program as well and it seems to be working ok |

Norton released a statement on there site. http://community.norton.com/norton/board/message?board.id=nis_feedback&thread.id=39119&jump=true Regardless if everything is as they say, I don't think it's a trustworthy company. There whole role out of the Norton for Mac included supposed vulnerabilities to the Mac that you could only trace there existence back as far as Norton's press release. |
