Haven't watched that one yet. Was talking about it the other day with a co-worker. He was shocked to hear that there was more than one Nazi Zombie film.

Non nazi related, but equally as cool.

I saw it at Sundance this year. If you like your horror with a heaping helping of Evil Dead humor then you will love this. It's got copious amounts of gore but it's a very tongue and cheek movie and does handle the funny stuff pretty well. There's many horror films out there that are leagues better then this (Martyrs, Orphanage, Let the Right One In, Splinter, etc) but none of them have Nazi's and Zombies which makes this pretty sweet. But not as good as the ultimate Nazi zombie film Shockwaves from 77.

Damn, Outpost looks great. I totally didn't even realize that I already have it in my Netflix instant queue, either. Time to watch it!

Oasis of the Zombies

Zombie Lake

Night of the Zombies

I thought Dead Snow looked fun when I saw the trailer. Unfortunately haven't had a chance to see it yet now that I'm out of the screener loop.

I don't know if this is ever going to get made, it's been kicking around for years and doesn't seem to be getting much further along, but always loved the promos:

I hated it. It's slow, boring and horribly shot. It's a very poorly put together film and I couldn't find anything about it that I liked.

Shockwaves is the best zombie Nazi movie, Zombie Lake is the worst, and this one looks like it will fit comfortably between the two. Not because it looks bad or anything, but just because:

A) The zombies don't have goggles
B) No Peter Cushing

Shockwaves is the best.

And written by Jesus Franco!
That's a win win!

Actually.. I seem to remember not being so keen on it... I don't remember it having the usual Rollin atmosphere that I like.
